Jessie Production Registration

PRODUCTION REGISTRATION: 2013 - 2014 SEASON

To be eligible, all companies and/or collectives MUST become members of the Jessie Richardson Theatre Awards Society.

All member companies are required to register each production for consideration for the Jessie Awards. The cost is $37.00 + GST ($38.85). Your production information and registration fee must be received at least 14 days prior to your first public performance.

TO REGISTER:

1. Fill out the on-line form below. Print two copies before you click on the SUBMIT button.

2. When we have reviewed your submitted show information, we will confirm your eligibility by
emailing to you the appropriate jury list along with your invoice.
IT IS THEN THE PRODUCER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INVITE JURY MEMBERS TO SEE
THE PRODUCTION VIA THE JURY CHAIR.

3. Upon receipt of your invoice, mail one copy of this form, along with the registration fee, to:

Keep the second copy for your records. Please write the title of your production on your cheque.

Is this a New Script? If yes, please mail 6 copies of the script to the JRTAS within 30 days of the closing date of your production. We ask that all script submissions now be sent to the Pacific Theatre address: Jessie Richardson Theatre Award Society c/o 1440 West 12th Ave. Vancouver BC V6H 1M8 Late submissions will be ineligible.
As per the JRTAS guidelines, is the playwright eligible for consideration for the Sydney Risk Award for Outstanding Original Play?
